A Finance Manager position based in Lagos, Nigeria, is available on a full-time basis. The role offers a salary of ₦1,500,000 per month and requires strong financial leadership to drive budgeting, compliance, and performance across the organization. The ideal candidate will bring solid experience in financial planning and analysis, robust stakeholder management, and the ability to collaborate effectively with operations, with a preference for experience in the Upstream Oil & Gas Services sector.
- Oversee financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to support informed decision-making.
- Manage treasury and cash flow, maintain robust internal controls, and coordinate internal and external audits.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to financial policies and procedures.
- Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to drive efficiency and profitability.
- Communicate complex financial information clearly to stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior management.
- Lead and develop the finance team, driving continuous improvement in financial processes and systems.
- Partner with operations, particularly in the Oil & Gas sector, to optimize financial performance and resource allocation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- ACA, ACCA, or other relevant professional certification is an advantage.
- Minimum of 7–10 years of relevant experience.
- Prior experience in the Upstream Oil & Gas Services sector is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
