About the Role The Finance – Legal Entity Control Analyst is responsible for supporting the delivery of accurate financial reporting and the execution of key control activities across Marex’s US legal entities. This role provides additional capacity to the team and enables senior members to focus on review, analysis, and stakeholder engagement while contributing to a robust control environment and regulatory compliance. The role also supports process improvements including automation and the adoption of data- and AI-driven tools.

What You'll Do

• Support financial reporting, reconciliations, and control activities, ensuring data is complete, accurate, and delivered in a timely manner.
• Provide additional capacity to the team through the execution of core processes, enabling senior team members to focus on review, analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
• Execute standard processes consistently and accurately, contributing to the strengthening of the overall financial control environment.
• Develop a strong understanding of finance operations, including regulatory requirements and core controls, applying this knowledge in daily activities.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives, supporting the adoption of automation, data-driven approaches, and AI tools to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Stay informed on financial standards and industry best practices.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements under the SEC, FINRA, NFA, CFTC and other applicable exchanges and regulatory bodies.
• Adhere to the operational risk framework and company policies; report breaches and escalate risk as required.
• Model integrity and reflect Marex values; comply with the Code of Conduct.
• Report to Compliance and/or your supervisor as required; escalate risk events; provide input to risk management processes; carry out other duties as needed.
