About the Role Finance & Legal - Compliance Officer M/F based in Mauritius. The role focuses on coordinating documentation with the legal department at the headquarters, maintaining and updating the contracts database for suppliers and clients, performing compliance verifications of future clients and suppliers, coordinating with the management company and ensuring internal legal documentation is up-to-date, and monitoring ongoing litigation including coordination of exchanges and circularisations.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate documentation with the legal department at the headquarters.
- Maintain and update the contract database for suppliers and clients.
- Conduct compliance verifications of prospective clients and suppliers.
- Coordinate with the management company and ensure internal legal documentation is current.
- Monitor and update ongoing litigation, including coordination of exchanges and circularisations.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in French and English (written and spoken).
- Knowledge of how a management company operates.
- Understanding of the legal aspects of running a company.
- Knowledge of compliance verifications.
