Finance Internship

About the Role

Join P&G's Finance internship to gain insight into a leading consumer goods company. You will join one of our multifunctional teams and work with Sales, Marketing, Analytics, Product Supply and IT, contributing to the business development and decision-making process from Day 1. You will work on independent projects and explore areas such as competitor analysis, new product launches, and cost competitiveness in manufacturing. What You'll Do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Analytics, Product Supply and IT) on business development and decision-making.

• From Day 1, own an independent project and ensure its success.

• Work on areas such as analyzing key competitors, supporting new product launches, and improving cost competitiveness for manufacturing activities.

• Gain exposure to fast-growing channels (discounters, e-commerce) and current market realities. What We're Looking For

• Master student with strong academic results.

• Available for 3-6 months duration.

• Flexible with location and willing to work at any DACH site (Schwalbach, Crailsheim, Kronberg, Worms, Euskirchen, Groß Gerau, Walldürn, Berlin, Marktheidenfeld, Spittal a.d. Drau); full location flexibility in DACH is required when applying.

• Excellent numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills; drive for leadership and a strong passion for Finance.

• Ability to work effectively with diverse groups, embracing creativity, innovation and initiative.

• Skilled at making complex decisions using data but confident to rely on gut feeling and instinct.

• Proficient in German and English (min. C1).

• Short work experience, internships and studies abroad are considered a plus. Nice to Have
