About the Role P&G offers a meaningful finance internship in Rotterdam starting January 2027. You’ll test financial skills and management abilities on real business projects from Day 1, gaining insights into the fast-moving consumer goods world. What You'll Do
- Take ownership of concrete projects from Day 1, such as external negotiations with customers, crafting marketing/sales plans, or improving productivity across logistics.
- Receive continuous coaching with formal trainings and day-to-day mentorship from your manager.
- Work in a dynamic, respectful environment that values initiative and supports work-life balance.
- Internship duration is usually 4 to 6 months with an internship allowance.
- Possible projects include analyzing major competitors to refine strategies, supporting new product launches with financially optimized plans, exploring opportunities in new channels (e-commerce, discounters), and improving cost competitiveness for manufacturing. What We're Looking For
- Master student
- Strong academic results with a finance interest/passion
- Leadership and strategic analysis thinking
- Excellent collaboration skills across diverse organizations and teams
- Proficiency with MS Office tools
- Outstanding written and verbal communication in Dutch and English Compensation & Benefits
