Finance Intern
This position is created to participate in the activities of the Fixed Assets Inventory project.
FUNCIONES ESENCIALES. RESPONSABILIDADES ESPECIFICAS:
- Asset identification/verification (based on brand, model, serial, etc.)
- Asset tagging and tag generation (labels)
- Collaborate in the population of fixed assets master list
- Create a file (with supporting documents) for each asset
- Take pictures of assets
- Assist with analysis and fixed assets investigation.
REQUISITOS: EXPERIENCIA, EDUCACION, HABILIDADES, CONOCIMIENTOS.
- Professional career in Accounting or Student
- Requires no previous experience
- Excel and Adobe knowledge.
- Organized, Proactive, Sense of Urgency, Problem Solving.
- Good communication skills.
