Role Purpose: Provide daily support to the project IRO-Go Lean focused on optimize time and SLA for IRO case resolution

Responsibilities

Support the optimization of IRO case resolution time and SLA adherence. Assist with case codification to ensure proper documentation and categorization. Perform account reconciliation activities related to AP and Finance processes. Contribute to process improvement initiatives under the Go Lean methodology. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand ERP workflows and IRO procedures. Provide support in preparing reports, Excel analyses, and presentations.

Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Skills and Competencies: Strong organizational and time management skills. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities. Experience in employee relations and personnel management. Proactive and self-motivated approach
