About the Role This role is part of IFF’s Global Business Services Finance team, focusing on key financial processes and supporting multinational operations. We are seeking graduates eager to grow in a global environment and contribute to finance and accountability across R2R, PCA, P2P and OTC.
What You'll Do
- Support activities across Record to Report (R2R), Plant Cost Analysis (PCA), Procure to Pay (P2P), and Order to Cash (OTC).
- Collaborate with teams across multiple countries in a multicultural environment.
- Learn from finance and operations experts and gain exposure to world-class systems and digital tools.
- Build a foundation for long-term professional growth in finance.
What We're Looking For
- Recent graduate in Finance or Accounting, or a professional exploring new opportunities.
- Intermediate–advanced English proficiency; Portuguese is a plus.
- Completed studies in Finance or Accounting.
- Interest in a global, scalable, compliant finance environment.
Nice to Have
- Portuguese language skills are highly valued.
