Finance Functional Analyst

About the Role

Valce Talent Solutions is seeking a Finance Functional Analyst to lead FI/CO integration with SD and MM, with a focus on Controlling/Product Costing and COPA. The role supports service-related business processes, revenue recognition, and multiple billing models across service orders, contracts, and project systems. The ideal candidate is service-minded, user-oriented, and willing to engage offshore-onsite. What You'll Do

• Design and implement FI/CO integrations with SD, MM, and COPA to support service-related processes.

• Support Controlling/Product Costing, revenue recognition, and various billing models (Time Based, Milestone Based, Variable Billing).

• Ensure end-to-end service business processes including Service Order and Service Contract, and integrate with the Project System for finance.

• Work with CATS processing and its integration with service-related transactions; develop and utilize CATS user exits (CAT2) and CATS reports (CADO).

• Collaborate with offshore and onsite teams; adapt work schedules to meet engagement needs.

• Provide service-minded, user-oriented support and participate in FI/CO rollouts in the service domain. What We're Looking For

• Strong knowledge of FI/CO integration to SD and MM.

• Expertise in Controlling/Product Costing and COPA.

• Expertise in SD/Customer Service SD/Contract and Plant Maintenance/Customer Service.

• Experience with Revenue recognition processing and various Billing models (Time Based, Milestone Based, Variable Billing).

• Excellent understanding of end-to-end service-related business processes and scenarios (Service Order + Service Contract).

• Knowledge and exposure to Project System Finance integration.

• Knowledge of CATS processing and its integration with service-related processes/transactions.

• Experience in CATS user exits for time input (CAT2) and CATS reporting (CADO).

• Service-minded and user-oriented.

• Flexible: willing to adapt the work schedule to allow offshore-onsite engagement. Nice to Have

• Exposure to FI/CO rollout in Service Finance, Product Costing, Manufacturing Costing, Profit Center Accounting and COPA.

• Knowledge in SD function: Sales, Billing, Pricing, Materials Management.
