About the Role
The University of Saint Francis in Fort Wayne, Indiana invites applications for a full-time, tenure-track Finance Faculty member beginning August 15, 2026. The position requires a specialization in Finance with experience, success, and interest in offering finance curriculum. The teaching load is 12 credit hours per semester (fall and spring). The successful candidate will contribute to advising and curricular initiatives for finance programming, engage in continuing professional development, and collaborate across the Pathway, the University, and in the community while advancing the Catholic and Franciscan Mission of the University. Review of applications will begin immediately and will continue until the position is filled; applications received before June 5, 2026 will be given full consideration.
What You'll Do
- Teach 12 credit hours per semester in Finance (fall and spring).
- Advise students and contribute to curricular initiatives for finance programming.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and collaborative service within the Pathway, across the University, and in the community.
- Support and advance the Catholic and Franciscan Mission of the University through teaching, service, and partnership.
- What We're Looking For
- Master’s degree in Finance or a related discipline is required; terminal degree is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience, success, and interest in offering finance curriculum.
- Ability to teach finance courses and to engage in advising and curriculum development.
- Commitment to collaboration, service, and to advancing the Catholic, Franciscan Mission of the University.
- Willingness to work in a Catholic, Franciscan university environment.
- Nice to Have
- Terminal degree in Finance or a related field (preferred).
- Experience with curriculum development and program assessment.
