Join a team that delivers essential servicesOur Banking Operations team is responsible for managing all transactional activities related to bank account management across the global footprint. Ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence. Performing various activities supporting the bank account operations and management.

Partner with the bestYou will support and execute global banking initiatives across our enterprise also mainly focusing on China. You will be responsible for establishing a secure and efficient bank account structure. Managing KYC with financial institutions, opening/closing bank accounts, adding/removing signatories and administering bank platforms.

As a Finance Experienced Professional - Treasury Operations, you will be responsible for:

· Partnering with various business teams to understand banking requirements and support in resolution of any banking queries / issues.

· Executing&Managing Bank documentation process for account opening/modification/closure. Coordinating with internal teams/Banking partners to ensure smooth execution of account services requests.

· Performing periodic reconciliation of account data in centralized tool with external Banking partners, ensuring timely resolution of any discrepancies identified.

· Removing inactive signers in the accounts timely. Managing the revocation of rights access in the accounts when the signer leaves BH.

· Conducting periodic audits of bank signatories and banking services to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.

· Maintaining repository of documentation requirements for various service setup with Banking partner.

· Managing the system administration of online banking portals for BH bank accounts.

Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:

· Have a Bachelor in finance / accounting from an accredited school with 3 years Working experience in Treasury or Finance Operations.

· Have experience of interacting with banks & financial institutions in the region. Working experience at a financial institution is an advantage.

· Manage relationships and be able to build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

· Be proficient in Mandarin and English. Be willing to travel extensively across China to engage with banking partners.

· Have Excellent communication skills. Familiarity with banking operations and compliance requirements.

· Able to anticipate, identify, and resolve complex banking issues. Manage cash pool, Dividend payments.
