About the Role Gerresheimer is hiring for multiple roles within Corporate Functions & Administration across Finance, Tax & Treasury, Risk Management & Insurance, Investor Relations, Internal Audit, Human Resources, Marketing & Communications, Legal & Compliance, Operational Excellence & CSR and Facility Management. These positions support global finance, governance and strategic decisions through challenging projects, process optimization and compliance across divisions and locations worldwide. What You'll Do
- Manage and optimize financial processes and reporting, in line with local and global principles.
- Support tax planning, compliance and process improvements; contribute to risk analysis and mitigation.
- Assist in budget and forecast processes; help communicate with management board and stakeholders.
- Contribute to internal controls, CMS development, safety, sustainability, and global operations as applicable.
- Collaborate with international teams across departments to implement HR, marketing, legal and facility improvements. What We're Looking For
- Analytical mindset with a process-oriented approach; financial masters or equivalent experience.
- Ability to advise management and prepare transparent analyses for decision makers.
- Experience in global tax matters, risk management, budgeting/forecasting, and stakeholder communication.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work in international teams. Nice to Have
- Experience with Compliance Management System (CMS) development and maintenance.
- Knowledge of intellectual property rights (patents, trademarks) and licensing management.
