Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all financial control activities.
- Develop and implement strong internal control systems.
- Drive process improvement initiatives within the finance department.
- Conduct thorough financial audits and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Manage financial reporting and analysis.
- Identify and address financial risks and control gaps.
- Implement corrective measures to prevent financial leakages.
- Manage inventory, stock reconciliation, and cost control processes.
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to ensure financial objectives are met.
Qualifications

Minimum 4 years of experience in financial control within the FMCG industry is preferred.

Strong expertise in financial process flows, internal controls, and process improvement.

Solid experience in financial auditing, compliance, and risk management.

Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.

Hands-on proficiency in Zoho Books and ERP systems.

Strong knowledge of inventory management, stock reconciliation, cost control, and financial reporting.

Ability to identify control gaps, prevent financial leakages, and implement corrective measures.

ICAN qualification (ACA) is mandatory.

Demonstrated experience in a similar finance leadership or control role.
