KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with boutique managers on financial and operational matters.
- Monitor sales and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Oversee cash handling and cash reconciliations.
- Review stock movements and inventory reconciliations.
- Investigate sales, cash and stock variances.
- Strengthen financial controls and ensure policy compliance.
- Prepare boutique financial and management reports.
- Support month-end closing and audit activities.
- Act as the bridge between Head Office Finance and boutique operations.
REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field.

ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification is an advantage.

5–7 years’ experience in financial control, retail finance, audit or related roles.

Strong experience in cash, sales and inventory reconciliation.

Excellent Excel and financial analysis skills.

Strong understanding of internal controls and accounting principles.

Luxury retail, fashion, FMCG or multi-location retail experience is an advantage.
