Reporting to the Secretary General, the Assistant Secretary General provides strategic direction on enterprise ICT, digital transformation, IT acquisition and services. In 2026, NATO is prioritising digital transformation, cloud migration and the transition towards becoming a more data-centric organisation. This strategic effort focuses on modernising business processes, enabling more effective use of digital technologies and artificial intelligence, and improving the integration of enterprise business services.
