Skills and Competencies
- 6–9 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, or related financial analysis roles, ideally supporting business units, corporate functions, enterprise initiatives, or complex matrixed organizations
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, with a proven ability to independently design, build, validate, and maintain robust financial models with limited supervision
- Advanced financial modelling, forecasting, scenario planning, and investment analysis skills, with the ability to translate stakeholder and corporate planning targets into clear assumptions, risks, and recommendations
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and the financial impacts of operating expenses, capitalization, headcount, contractor spend, resource planning, and enterprise-wide initiatives
