Africa Prudential Plc is seeking a commercially minded Finance Business Partner to support strategic decision-making, improve financial performance, and drive business growth through financial planning and analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Align financial plans with business objectives.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, management reports, and financial statements.
- Monitor revenue, costs, profitability, and financial performance.
- Provide financial insights to support business decisions.
- Drive cost optimisation, resource allocation, and financial efficiency.
- Conduct variance analysis and develop financial models.
- Support budgeting, performance reviews, and cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- ICAN, ACCA, or CFA qualification is an advantage.
- Experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Strong financial modelling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
- Commercial awareness and ability to translate financial insights into business recommendations.
