About this role
Dreamation Designs is looking for an enthusiastic Finance Associate to help manage the financial activities within our diverse creative network, which includes fashion, architecture, landscape design, and social impact initiatives. In this role, you will work alongside the CEO and the Admin/Finance team to handle bookkeeping, maintain financial records, track budgets, and generate reports. Your efforts will be vital in strengthening our financial infrastructure and ensuring compliance with funding and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities

Keep precise daily records of financial transactions and logs for all company brands.

Assist in creating monthly and quarterly financial reports.

Support budget planning, monitor expenses, and track cash flow.

Prepare necessary financial documents for grant applications, partnership proposals, and investor reviews.

Reconcile accounts and assist with processing invoices and payments.

Provide support for payroll tasks and basic tax or compliance documentation.

Organize financial files to facilitate audits and reporting needs.

Offer administrative assistance to the Admin/Finance lead as required.
