Finance Associate
Quantity surveyor with Engineering CIVIL & MEP Services with Pharmaceutical background with SAP knowledge
Take physical measurements of the work done
Check the physical measurements (qty) with bills raised
Check the rates billed are in line with the underlying orders (ARC / POs’ / Contracts / Capital Projects etc.)
Keep track of the running bills and the final bills / invoices
Advice billing formats with the vendors (to ensure uniformity)
Re-measurement of quantities.
Reconciliation of the quantities
Measurement, verification and certification.
Advice Finance for the payments
Preparation of monthly MIS for the management (covering the status of bills and other observations)
Qualifications

BE Mechanical / Civil (8 to 10 yrs of experience)
