Job Description This role is for a Finance Associate responsible for managing the activities pertaining to EST Operations handled by outsourced partners ensuring accurate payroll process, provisions, financial closing, strict compliance with labor and tax laws, managing various audits, sharp analytics with high quality insights and KPI / SLA achievements with complete end-to-end ownership.
Roles & Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for timely and accurate payroll processing, month, quarter & Annual book closure activities for all the India entities.
- You will be responsible for thorough review of all the employee balances (both payable and recoverable) and ensure hygiene of accounts, adherence to company policies
