As a Finance and Reporting Junior Specialist, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely execution of accounting and financial reporting activities for entities supported by the Knowledge Center. In this role, you will ensure the quality of financial information, compliance with IFRS and Corporate Finance & Accounting Guidelines, as well as the proper preparation of financial statements and audit support documentation.
How you create impact
- Execute accounting and financial reporting activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and account analysis, ensuring accuracy and adherence to closing deadlines.
- Support the preparation of financial statements and disclosures, complying with statutory requirements and group reporting standards.
- Actively participate in internal and external audits by managing documentation and responding to audit requests in a timely manner.
- Identify opportunities to improve internal controls and processes, contributing to the standardization, automation, and efficiency of General Ledger and reporting activities.
What we would like you to bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Certified Public Accountant) or currently in the final stages of completing an Accounting degree (mandatory requirement).
- 1 to 3 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting, preferably within multinational environments.}
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial closing processes, variance analysis, and account reconciliations.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
