About this role

We are seeking an experienced and commercially focused Finance/Operations professional to support the organization's financial and operational functions.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial planning and reporting, budget monitoring, operational cost management, financial analysis, and ensuring effective coordination between finance and business operations.

Manage and monitor financial and operational activities to support business objectives.
Prepare and review financial reports, budgets, and management accounts.
Monitor operational costs, expenses, revenue, and cash flow.
Analyze financial and operational data to support management decision-making.
Monitor budgets.
Ensure accurate recording and reconciliation of financial transactions.
Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure efficient operational and financial processes.
Ensure compliance with financial policies, internal controls, and applicable regulations.
Provide financial and operational reports and insights to the Group Financial Controller.
Support audits and provide required financial documentation and schedules.
Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend measures to improve operational efficiency.

Bachelor's Degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in finance, accounting, or operations.
Must have completed ICAN Professional Level.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, financial analysis, and cost management.
Experience in financial and operational planning and performance monitoring.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP software.
Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Experience in the airline or aviation industry is an added advantage.

N1,000,000 - N1,500,000 / Month (Gross).
