Job Title: Finance and Operations Personnel

Location: Ijesha - Lagos / Ogun / Aba - Abia

Role Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and commercially focused Finance / Operations professional to support financial and operational activities across the Group's farm, quarry, and shopping mall operations.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, cost control, operational performance monitoring, and providing financial insights to support effective business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor financial and operational activities across assigned business units.
• Prepare and review financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and management accounts.
• Monitor revenue, expenses, operational costs, and cash flow.
• Monitor budgets.
• Ensure accurate recording, reconciliation, and reporting of financial transactions.
• Support cost-control initiatives and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with business units to ensure effective financial and operational processes.
• Ensure compliance with internal financial policies, controls, and applicable regulations.
• Support audits and provide required financial records and schedules.
• Prepare periodic financial and operational reports for the Group Financial Controller.
• Identify financial and operational risks and recommend appropriate corrective actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or operations.
• Must have completed ICAN Professional Level.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, financial analysis, and cost management.
• Experience managing financial and operational activities across multiple business units is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting / ERP software.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision.

Salary

N500,000 – N700,000 Gross Monthly.
