- The Finance and Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring sound financial planning, budgeting, accounting, financial reporting, expenditure monitoring, cash flow management, procurement oversight, logistics, asset management and administrative coordination. The role will ensure that organizational resources are managed efficiently, transparently and in compliance with LPF policies, donor requirements, contractual obligations and applicable laws and regulations.
- The successful candidate will work closely with the Country Director, Programme Management, Grants and Partnerships, MEAL, Human Resources and other relevant teams to ensure that programme activities are adequately resourced, expenditures are properly documented, operational risks are managed and organizational systems support effective programme delivery.
- The role requires strong financial management, analytical, organizational, leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects, manage competing priorities and maintain effective internal controls in a complex humanitarian and development environment.
