Finance and Business Operations Manager, Marketing Responsibilities

• Lead a team of finance and business operations professionals
• Drive the financial modeling, analysis, and process for the purposes of long-range planning, budgeting, and ad hoc strategic decisions
• Build business partnerships with leaders across Finance, Marketing, Product, and Data Science
• Build analyses and long-term framing to drive investment decisions
• Provide analytical support and develop actionable insights that will influence decision makers to allocate infrastructure resources more effectively
• Help executives gain key insights into spend through analysis and reporting
• Help define and implement scalable modeling, financial, and resource allocation processes to make the business more efficient
• Drive process improvements and enhance the current models, tools, systems, and processes

Minimum Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in finance, strategy consulting, investment banking, or business operations
• B.A. or B.S. in Business, Finance, Economics, Math, Statistics, or a related discipline
• Experience in leading and developing teams
• Experience developing analytical frameworks and communicating financial concepts to leaders
• Experience partnering, working with, and presenting to leaders
• Experience in accounting concepts and financial planning
• Experience with building processes with AI tooling

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of marketing areas or similar areas
• Experience supporting Go-to-Market, Sales, or Marketing finance
• Experience with Hyperion Essbase, Oracle Financials, and Tableau
• Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
• Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
• Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a cross-functional environment

United States of America: $195,000/year to $263,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
