Job title: Finance Analyst

What You Will Do

• Partner closely with Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain and Procurement teams to provide financial insights and business decision support.
• Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts and 10-days/monthly business performance reviews.
• Establish and enhance KPI monitoring frameworks and provide management reporting to support decision-making.
• Analyze key business metrics including revenue, cost, inventory, capacity utilization and operational efficiency to identify risks and opportunities.
• Support profitability analysis, investment evaluations and business case assessments.
• Drive cost optimization, inventory improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
• Promote financial digitalization and automation through effective use of analytical tools and reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive business performance and continuous improvement.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of finance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in FP&A, Finance Business Partnering, Plant Finance, Cost Accounting or Supply Chain Finance is preferred.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing operations, inventory management and cost accounting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, Power Query and VBA/Macros.
• Good Power BI skills with the ability to independently perform data modeling, data transformation, dashboard development and business reporting.
• Familiarity with ERP systems QAD is an advantage.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills are preferred.
