Join us as a Finance Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting strategic and business planning activities, including business case development, economic evaluations, financial reporting, and improving value from commercial agreements. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates to gain exposure to the energy industry and develop strong analytical, commercial, and technical skills. You will collaborate with the Planning & Commercial Operations team as well as wider Finance organization both in and outside the Region and engage with functional experts across the business.

Key Accountabilities:

You will contribute to the Planning & Commercial Operations team by:

• Supporting development of annual plans and latest estimate updates
• Analyzing budgets and calculating accruals
• Learning about Production Sharing Agreements and assisting with partner reporting
• Using commercial models to evaluate business cases and inform investment decisions
• Contributing to area development plans and planning forecasts
• Assisting with financial reporting and performance analysis
• Participating in partner workshops and meetings
• Annual and long-term plan submissions
• Accurate and timely financial analysis and reporting
• Insightful evaluations that support investment decisions
• Effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners

What You will need to be successful:

• Strong commercial and value-driven attitude
• Strong teammate attitude
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under deadlines, multitask, and prioritize effectively
• Strong business judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Excel
• Advanced written and spoken English
• Knowledge of programming languages (preferably Python)

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a business-related field.
