About the Role The Finance Administrator, FP&A will support the preparation and review of internal financial reports for management, including monthly P/L, forecast, and annual business plan packaging, and will perform financial analyses on Dealer Development programs and ad hoc projects to inform strategic decisions. What You'll Do
- Prepare and review monthly financial reporting for internal management (KUS) and KHQ within the required timelines.
- Review, analyze, and manage Dealer Development-related activities, including payments and proposals for new dealer support and SI 2.0 projects.
- Conduct various financial analyses (gross profit, expenses, vehicle margin, fleet sales, trim mix, special projects).
- Monitor key business indicators and industry trends; perform variance analyses to produce management reports (e.g., ROS, interest rate and CPI impact).
- Prepare and maintain the business plan package; revise as needed per management requests.
- Support month-end closing and ensure timely production of detailed managerial reporting (financial/operational data).
- Review dealer-related proposals and payment requests; track/manage performance and budgets (SI 2.0, NIF, incentive payouts).
- Coordinate with Budget team on expense/budget variances and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor economic/business metrics and industry trends with practical commentary.
- Assist in developing company business plans and financial/operational forecasts; perform variance analysis on balances, revenue, and P&L items.
- Evaluate historical/current financial data to understand the company’s financial condition.
- Execute ad hoc analyses to support leadership decisions and transform data into actionable insights. What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or related field.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in corporate finance; automotive industry experience a plus; 3+ years in financial reporting and budget management in a corporate environment.
- Experience with SAP and SAP BW highly desirable; automotive OEM dealer development program experience a plus.
- Proficient with SAP, SAP BW, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, Outlook, etc.); strong data-driven, detail-oriented mindset.
- Strong written and verbal communication; English and Korean bilingual a plus.
- General knowledge of accounting/financial and operational principles; ability to transform data into insights.

- Pay Range: $63,669.83 - $82,795.83 per year.
