Job Description:
- Supervise daily finance and accounting operations and lead the accounting team.
- Oversee financial statements, general ledger, accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and bank reconciliations.
- Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions in accordance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Monitor AP/AR processes, invoice processing, and payment authorization.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports for management review and decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and statutory reporting requirements.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities.
- Maintain internal controls and improve accounting processes.
- Manage the finance and accounting budget and monitor departmental expenditures.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team leadership role.
- Fluent in Mandarin, both spoken and written, to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking management.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and Indonesian taxation.
- Experience in manufacturing or logistics industries is preferred.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
- Good understanding of internal controls, audit procedures, and statutory compliance.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Good communication skills in Indonesian and English.
- Professional accounting certification (ACCA or equivalent) is an advantage.
