Job Description FMR Agency is seeking a detail-oriented Finance & Account Executive to manage daily accounting operations, financial reporting, and statutory compliance for its clients. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing financial reports, managing accounts payable and receivable, monitoring budgets, and ensuring timely tax filings. You will utilize ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel to maintain accurate financial records and support sound business decisions, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and cash flow.
Monitor budgets and track expenditure against approved budgets.
Ensure timely tax filings, statutory remittances, and regulatory compliance.
Maintain accurate financial records and support internal and external audits.
Prepare management reports and financial analyses.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company financial policies.
Use ERP systems and Microsoft Excel for financial data management and reporting.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
Professional certification such as ICAN (ACA), ACCA, or equivalent is highly preferred.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Finance and Accounting.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, and financial controls.
Experience with ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel.
Good understanding of statutory compliance and audit processes.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
High integrity, attention to detail, and accountability.
