Position Details

Shift: 1st Shift – 6:00 AM start

Schedule: Monday–Friday
-
Hours: Shifts may extend up to 12 hours based on production needs.

Weekends: Voluntary weekend opportunities only

What You'll Do
- As a Final Assembly Operator, you'll help produce high-quality steel drums while maintaining a safe and efficient production environment.
Key Responsibilities
-
Operate and assist with setup of production and assembly equipment.
-
Follow job specifications, work instructions, and safety procedures.

Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.

Perform basic machine adjustments and report equipment concerns.

Maintain accurate production records and report defects.
-
Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
-
Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.
-
Perform additional duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For
-
High school diploma or GED preferred.
-
0–1 year of manufacturing or production experience preferred.
-
No previous machine operation experience required; training provided.
-
Ability to follow instructions and learn production equipment.
-
Strong attention to detail, quality, and workplace safety.
-
Dependable attendance and a positive attitude.

Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Compensation Range:
- The pay for this position is $23.89 per hour. The position may also be eligible for a short-term incentive.
