Final Assembler
Our Lebanon, NH manufacturing client is seeking a detail-oriented Final Assembler for their dynamic team. This full-time, first-shift role works a 9/80 schedule with every other Friday off!
Responsibilities of the Final Assembler
- Assemble products according to required specifications
- Become proficient in soldering
- Follow safety rules, work instructions, blueprints, compliance documents, etc.
- Use a variety of measuring devices (e.g., rulers, eye loop, digital scale, thickness gages, etc.)
- Practice problem-solving and troubleshooting techniques
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Keep work area and equipment clean and organized
- Cross-train to other departments as needed
- Perform additional production tasks as assigned
Qualifications of the Final Assembler
- Exceptional hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a manufacturing environment
