About the Role Fenix Resources Ltd is expanding its FIFO road haulage operations across Western Australia’s Mid-West. In this full-time role, you'll transport iron ore using quad side tipper configurations across our operations, operating a modern Volvo FH16 fleet, with accommodation provided on-site. This is a stable, long-term opportunity with a growing producer as the company moves toward 10 Mtpa. What You'll Do
- Transport iron ore in quad side tipper configurations across Fenix Mid-West operations as part of a FIFO roster.
- Operate Volvo FH16 prime movers towing Bruce Rock Ultra Quad Side Tippers.
- Work a 6 days on / 6 nights / 6 off roster with minimum 12-hour day and night shifts; stay in purpose-built accommodation.
- Maintain a strong safety and maintenance focus; participate in preventive maintenance; ensure fleet reliability via the Geraldton workshop.
- Comply with Commercial Driver's Medical and hold or obtain National Police Clearance as required.
- Contribute to on-time iron ore deliveries with a focus on safety, reliability and professionalism. What We're Looking For
- Current Australian MC Driver's Licence.
- Demonstrated experience operating Triple Road Trains or larger combinations.
- Strong commitment to safety with a proven safe driving record.
- Reliable, self-motivated attitude and ability to work independently.
- Ability to pass Commercial Driver's Medical.
- Current National Police Clearance, or willingness to obtain before commencement. Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive hourly rate of 57.81 per hour, with superannuation paid on all hours worked.
