About this role

The role

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Field Visual Merchandiser to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. In this pivotal role, you will take full ownership of the visual merchandising strategy for our stores in the north of England. You will be responsible for bringing our brand's story to life on the shop floor and you will play a key part in supporting our in store teams to execute brand guidelines, and to elevate the overall customer shopping experience to drive regional sales.

About the team

This role forms part of our Head Office team and is field based. You will report into the VM Manager for the UK & EU.

What you’ll be doing (key responsibilities)

  • Store visits will be part of this role, with most of your time spent in our stores. Some travel is expected but typically limited to a couple of days per week.
  • Equip retail management within the region with the knowledge and skills to execute VM and display in their stores.
  • Provide regular and thorough remote feedback to the regions on VM execution and display.
  • Deliver focused and targeted VM training on Brand VM Guidelines and expectations on standards.
  • Partner with District Managers to identify areas of commercial and visual opportunity within the region and offer achievable solutions to elevate the visual proposition and drive sales.
  • Feedback on store visual execution to the VM Manager UK & EU and relevant District Manager.
  • Support with the opening of new stores and concessions in the region.
  • Must have in-depth and up to date knowledge of product and sales performance across the region.

  • You will have a strong passion for and will be comfortable working within a fast-paced environment
  • Creative problem solver and ability to think quickly whilst managing and prioritising your time accordingly.
  • Strong creative flair and vision, ability to elevate product through creating visually stimulating and focused merchandising and display.
  • A really strong communicator capable of building strong relationships.
  • A creative thinker who challenges process and embraces change.
  • Ability to deliver engaging and focused training sessions
  • Ability to work at pace, with a results driven approach to projects
  • Demonstrate a positive and professional communication style when dealing with senior managers
  • Ambitious personality demonstrating a willingness to learn and develop in the role
  • Flexible in their approach with a strong work ethic.

About the location

Based in our East London Studios in vibrant Shoreditch with perks and benefits offered from local businesses including discounts on food, shopping and health & beauty. Studio Location. Approximately a 10 minute walk from Liverpool Street Station and a 5 minute walk from Shoreditch High Street.
