About the Role Anduril is seeking a Field Test Engineer to join its subsea robotics team to advance AUV testing and deployment in a cutting-edge startup environment. The role will lead hands-on field operations and tests for multiple AUV platforms, driving operational readiness and data-driven evaluation of capabilities.
What You'll Do
- Work within a dynamic team of multidisciplinary engineers and specialists throughout the life of AUV design, integration, and test efforts.
- Lead hands-on troubleshooting, repair, operation, and maintenance of AUVs in the field.
- Lead day-to-day local operations for multiple AUV platforms, including pre-mission testing, launch and recovery, vehicle tasking, and data analysis.
- Deploy locally in support of at-sea AUV operations from various support vessel types.
