Duration: Full-time

Job Description:

Requirements: Bilingual (Spanish and English) and must have a valid driver’s license and personal vehicle, with toll and parking expenses also covered.

Role

Responsibilities

• Act

• as the first point of contact for support issues across various retail

• stores.

• Daily

• travel between stores in the mentioned areas is required.

• Handle

• service tickets and work logs, including troubleshooting issues related to

• desktops, networks, software, and hardware.

• Train

• employees on various applications and wireless peripherals.

• Elevate

• complex issues to the appropriate team members.

• Perform

• hardware and software installations.

• Assist

• with troubleshooting desktop applications, network equipment (routers,

• switches, access points), and configuring Zebra handhelds and printers.

• Physical

• capability to lift and handle hardware (like cables, printers, monitors)
