Prophius is building the future of finance across Africa by enabling businesses to accept payments that are affordable, secure, reliable, and contactless. We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused Field Support Officer to join our payment operations team.
Key Responsibilities

Deploy, test, and maintain POS terminals.

Provide on-site technical support to merchants.

Diagnose and resolve POS-related issues.

Conduct routine merchant visits and equipment maintenance.

Train merchants on proper use of POS devices.

Document field activities, issues, and resolutions.

Build strong merchant relationships and ensure excellent customer experience.

Perform software updates and escalate complex issues when required.

What We're Looking For
-
HND or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Experience supporting or deploying POS terminals is an advantage.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Good understanding of POS operations.
-
Ability to travel within Lagos and transport POS equipment when required.
