As the Field Software Manager at ASM Korea, you will lead and develop a team of Field Software professionals to drive software initiatives in support of ASM’s semiconductor devices.
What You'll Do
- Lead and develop a team of Field Software professionals in ASM Korea.
- Drive software strategy and execution for field operations of ASM equipment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across R&D, manufacturing, and customers to deliver impactful software solutions.
- Mentor and grow talent, build roadmaps, and ensure delivery of high-quality software solutions.
- Coordinate with global teams to align on software standards and improvements.
