About the Role ANDRITZ is seeking a Field Services Engineer to join the SMART Products team within Pulp and Paper Automation. The role involves delivering project- and service-related tasks, including installing, commissioning, starting up, and providing lifecycle support for SMART products (focused on VIB profilers) across pulp mills, stock preparation, and board and paper machines. Location is flexible with a preference for the Northwest US; this is a remote role. What You'll Do
- Install, commission, and start up new systems
- Deliver lifecycle support services and respond to customer inquiries
- Resolve technical issues and serve as subject matter expert for SMART Products (VIB profilers and related)
- Ensure high customer satisfaction across North American SMART product customers
- Collaborate with team members; provide status updates and maintain technical reports
