About the Role Xylem is seeking a Field Service Technician to perform on-site operation, service, and maintenance of wastewater treatment equipment at customer locations in Florida. Equipment-specific training will be provided. Willing to train the right person, with prior industrial environment experience encouraged. Positions operate on swing shifts and may require working Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays and every other Wednesday, or Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and every other Wednesday.
What You'll Do
- Perform on-site operation, service, and maintenance of wastewater treatment equipment.
- Receive equipment-specific training; training provided; willingness to train the right person; industrial environment experience encouraged.
- Work swing shifts: 7AM–7PM or 7PM–7AM, with schedules including Sunday–Tuesday and every other Wednesday or Thursday–Saturday and every other Wednesday.
- Maintain safety and customer satisfaction on all service visits.
What We're Looking For
- HS diploma or equivalent; one year of work experience preferred.
- 0-2 years technical experience preferred; industrial or commercial process water experience a plus.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and smart devices.
- Ability to work in a high customer-facing position.
- Ability to identify and remedy potential safety concerns.
- Must pass background check, MVR, and drug screen.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

- Previous experience working in an industrial environment is encouraged.
