Field Service Technician

The Field Service Technician is responsible for performing field service activities at customer sites in a safe and efficient manner. This role includes troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and diesel equipment, performing preventative maintenance, managing parts inventory, and identifying and resolving safety issues related to company and customer-owned equipment. The technician will work directly with customers across multiple sites and technologies and will use strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to diagnose issues and provide effective solutions.

Xylem is seeking mechanically inclined professionals who are passionate about hands-on work, troubleshooting, and problem-solving. We encourage individuals with backgrounds in field service, electrical work, diesel, mechanical systems, industrial equipment, fusion, or related skilled trades to apply.

Experience working with pumps or other technical equipment is a plus, and candidates with a strong customer service mindset and an interest in developing their technical skills are encouraged to apply.
