About the Role Xerox is seeking field service technicians to support client devices across the Springfield area. The role focuses on electro-mechanical repair, ensuring equipment operates reliably and delivering high levels of customer service as part of Xerox's Technical Services division. What You'll Do
- Provide outstanding service to our clients and ensure devices are working correctly.
- Use electro-mechanical skills to repair devices; participate in training provided by Xerox (certified instructors, online and in-house).
- Achieve key productivity goals: 5 gross calls per day; an efficiency rating of 50% or higher (fixing it right the first time); respond to service requests within 2-4 hours; keep parts costs to a minimum. What We're Looking For
- Electro-mechanical experience
- Experience using a multimeter to troubleshoot electrical circuits
