About the Role Field Service Technician – Industrial Bandsaws based in Remote PA. Support and service industrial bandsaws at customer sites in Pennsylvania and surrounding areas, performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, and repairs to ensure equipment uptime.
What You'll Do
- Provide on-site and remote field service on industrial bandsaws, including installation, maintenance, repair, calibration, and commissioning.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems; perform diagnostics and repair to minimize downtime.
- Provide customer training and documentation; communicate service findings and recommendations.
- Maintain parts inventory, complete service reports, and adhere to safety and quality standards.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in field service or service technician roles, preferably on industrial band saws or similar equipment.
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude; ability to read schematics and electrical diagrams.
- Ability to travel within Pennsylvania; valid driver's license; good customer communication skills.
- Problem-solving mindset, safety-conscious, and able to work independently.
