About this role
About the Role As a Field Service Technician, you will support customers by installing, upgrading, servicing, and repairing IMI and competitor products on site in Manchester and at the Manchester facility. You will troubleshoot issues, lead outages as required, and develop innovative solutions, with a potential pathway to join our Valve Doctor Program. What You'll Do
- On site and workshop troubleshooting and problem solving of issues with critical and severe service control valves.
- Taking the lead during manpower through outages as required.
- Develop innovative solutions to technical problems.
- Research, evaluate, and recommend new products or upgrades to resolve customer issues.
- Plan & supervise on site, working within time restraints to a specific scope of work.
