About the Role IGT Australia HQ is in Sydney, with Field Services Technicians based in NSW, VIC, QLD and SA for our customers. We are seeking a dedicated Field Service Technician based in Tweed Heads to join our team. You will work with a team of other Field Service Technicians and external contractors to triage service requests, including product installation, service maintenance and ensuring optimal performance of Cash Redemption Terminal (CRT) machines. It’s a role for someone with a passion for fixing and repairing machinery. What You'll Do
