Your skills
- 6 months of IT experience
- Experience in Windows 11, MS Active Directory, Intune, MS Office 365, PC hardware installation and troubleshooting and IT ticketing systems.
- Excellent time management skilln and the ability to work in a team
- Qualification in IT of sorts
Your tasks
- Provide day to day support at the customer site
- Support users in technical problems they have with their equipment
- Troubleshoot, solve issues or escalate to next level support
- Admin tasks in office such as stock control
