About the Role We’re hiring a Field Service Technician to help maintain stormwater systems and manage vegetation at customer sites across the region. This is a hands-on outdoor, entry-level field role with room to grow as you learn new skills and contribute to a collaborative team.
What You'll Do
- Perform maintenance and inspections on stormwater facilities
- Assist with vegetation management and herbicide applications
- Operate trucks, trailers, mowers, UTVs, spray equipment, and hand tools
- Use mobile apps to complete safety briefings and daily reports
- Communicate with customers and team members on job progress
- Follow safety, environmental, and company procedures at all times
- Travel to job sites (50–75%, including some overnight travel)
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather and terrain
- Team-oriented with a strong focus on safety
- Comfortable using basic technology (mobile apps, reporting tools)
- Willing and able to travel regularly
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- DOT medical card (or ability to obtain one)
Nice to Have
- Herbicide applicator license (preferred but not required)
- Ability to obtain a TWIC card
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $18-$25 per hour
