About the Role Field Service Technician in the Syracuse/Central NY area to provide maintenance and repair services at customer establishments, following manufacturer’s instructions and applying mechanical, hydraulic, and electronic knowledge. You will perform scheduled maintenance on high-technical medical devices, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational readiness, while delivering customer-focused service and responding to emergency repair requests. What You'll Do
- Provide maintenance and repair services at customer establishments following manufacturer’s instructions.
- Perform scheduled maintenance on high-technical medical devices and machines.
- Maintain compliance with industry regulations, internal procedures, and safety standards.
- Apply technical expertise as an experienced field service professional.
- Instruct customer personnel in operation and proper use of equipment.
- Respond to emergency repair requests; juggle priorities and maintain flexibility. What We're Looking For
- Experience as a field service professional with mechanical, hydraulic, and electronic equipment knowledge.
- Ability to perform maintenance on high-technical medical devices and regulatory compliance.
- Strong customer-facing skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage priorities and adapt to changing schedules.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and internal procedures. Nice to Have
- Military avionics or electro-mechanical experience will be highly considered. Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $37-$45 per hour.
