About this role
About the Role The Field Service Technician must live a commutable distance to Syracuse, NY and will support Public Safety customers across Central New York. You will perform preventative maintenance, analyze trends, document results, and develop solutions to technical problems to ensure peak system performance. What You'll Do
- Perform preventative maintenance routines to ensure proper system operation with focus on trend analysis and documentation of results.
- Develop solutions to difficult technical problems encountered during system maintenance, upgrades or support issues.
- Engage in continuous training on latest technologies and troubleshooting techniques.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Project Management and Sales to effectively maintain, optimize and support advanced communication systems that meet or exceed customer expectations.
