About the Role
Based in Madrid, the Field Service Technician Ambr (F/M) will perform preventive maintenance, installation and repair of Ambr systems, delivering customer service excellence and ensuring service success across Spain and Portugal. The role involves field visits, on-site tasks and close collaboration with the technical team.
What You'll Do
- Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches, ensuring preventive maintenance, installation and repair of Ambr systems.
- Manage all on-site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks.
- Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.
- Produce timely and detailed service reports.
- Document processes and operate field automation systems.
- Follow all company field procedures and protocols.
- Cooperate with the technical team and share information across the organization.
- Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings.
What We're Looking For
- Technical degree or certification.
- 2+ years proven field service experience.
- Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment.
- English literacy.
- Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules.
- Familiarity with mobile tools and applications.
